Our methodology
Focus on business' objectives
The first stage of communication with our customers involves the definition of clear business objectives rather than technical specifications. We prefer a solution and results centric approach to a technical one. At this stage, auditing if often needed to explore existing problems and propose new solutions.
Interactive prototyping
After defining a technical background and the objectives and solutions that form the global specification guidelines, we work according to Agile Development principles by providing frequent deliveries of prototype applications on a test server and interacting with the client to validate and propose changes until a working solution is achieved.
Graphical design
We believe in being flexible: we can conceive a graphical interface from scratch or work following a communication briefing, a visual identity document or from a graphic prototype in Photoshop. Our expertise is user interface, ergonomics, performance and standards compliancy, and we're happy to work with your preferred graphic designer or communication consultant.
